Small dry/oil sealed vacuum pumps
The innovative Edwards nXDS dry scroll pump uses a patented bearing shield to isolate the vacuum space from all forms of lubricant and has an ultimate pressure equivalent to many oil sealed pumps, available in sizes 6m3h up to 35m3h. They are intelligent pumps which are fitted with an inverter and an integrated control panel. We also offer the full range of two-stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps and accessories from 0.7m3h up to 275m3h.
Turbomolecular MAGLEV & hybrid pumps/diffusion pumps
The Edwards STP magnetically levitated turbomolecular pumps are the first choice for high-up time, hydrocarbon free pumping. Edwards nEXT turbo pumps use a hybrid bearing arrangement with a permanent magnet upper bearing and an oil lubricated ceramic lower bearing. The full range covers from 70l/s right up to 4500l/s including models with on-board controllers, corrosion resistance and low-vibration.
Industrial/Chemical/
Edwards EDS, GXS and CXS range incorporates our unique screw technology with a world leading high efficiency drive to achieve excellent vacuum performance and low running costs. With advanced temperature control, low maintenance, ATEX certification (CXS models) and long service intervals, the GXS & CXS pumps are the most robust and economical vacuum pumps that establish a new standard in dry pumping. We also offer our original EDP dry claw pumps with over 100,000 installations worldwide, a proven technology in chemical vacuum process.
Mass Flow Controllers, Pressure Controllers, Verifiers & Calibration units
The MKS range of MFCs measure and control the flow of critical gases in many different applications. With features, functionality and performances to meet virtually any need, customers can expect reduced cost of ownership and better process performance. The new Multi-Range/Multi-Gas models along with the very latest communication and control options (Ethernet, Profibus, DeviceNet etc.) make MKS a very attractive choice.
FTIR/NDIR Infrared Gas Analysis Instruments & Residual Gas Analysers
The FTIR and NDIR are real-time and in-line gas analysis Instruments from MKS Instruments which are capable of ppb to ppm sensitivity for multiple gas species including NF3, NH3, H2, NO and N2O and gases with as much as 30% water. We also offer the MKS Mass Spectrometry gas analyzer products which are innovative in-situ process monitoring instruments including residual gas analyzers (RGAs) and analytical equipment.
Vacuum Measurement, Controllers & Vacuum Valves
We offer a complete range of pressure and vacuum measurement instruments over the range 2000 mbar to 10-11 mbar. These include Baratron® Capacitance Manometers, Pressure Sensors, Pressure Switches, Pirani Gauges, Wide Range Gauges and Vacuum Gauge Controllers with Profibus and DeviceNet as options. We also offer a wide array of vacuum valves for every vacuum application and requirement.
Gloveboxes
We are an official partner and distributor of Jacomex in the UK. They are an international leader in the supply of glove boxes, insulators and neutral gas purification systems. Jacomex has developed its expertise in academic research and also in cutting-edge industry such as argon glove boxes for the development of lithium batteries and energy storage, titanium welding enclosures for aeronautics and defense, glove boxes in clean room for microelectronics, strict anaerobic enclosures for petrochemicals, protective enclosures for additive manufacturing, pharmaceutical isolators.
UHV Vacuum Chambers & UHV Manipulation
We can supply vacuum chambers & UHV manipulators for all different kinds of applications. Our chambers cover everything from smaller, spherical chambers several inches in diameter for R&D, to large box chambers over 2 metres long. We offer a huge range of different designs, materials and finishes along with full leak detection, RGA analysis, heat treatments, material certification and serial number engraving as required. We offer UHV manipulation from VACGEN who are leaders in this field, everything from linear/rotary drives to complete XYZ translators. They are well established within the synchrotron and high energy physics markets.
Standard Vacuum Components, Lubricants, Feedthroughs & Accessories
We have our own comprehensive catalogue of flanges and components such as seals, clamps, nipples, elbows, tees, crosses, flex bellows and glass-metal seals. In addition to this we have a large range of feedthroughs including Multipin, Thermocouple and Power (and ceramic breaks), we can also supply edge welded bellows, special and standard viewports plus a massive range of UHV in-vacuum accessories.
